What is the earliest date that I could move in to my new home?

 

Should you be interested in an off plan development, we estimate a waiting period of 1 year.

 

For a new property we estimate a waiting period of one month.

 

You will be able to move in to your new home once both parties are happy with the terms and the sale is completed.
