Spanish Developments - Villas Del Rompido
This charming and Hidden Spanish fishing village is located along the coast from Ayamonte and is equidistant from the district centre, Huelva and the busy market town of Cartaya.
The village, which looks out over a sandy shore towards a famous sand spit which in turn provides a natural harbour, is all you would expect of a village that has relied, for hundreds of years, on the sea for its provision. Its picturesque, tightly knit streets and pretty church square are the focus for a variety of restaurants and cafes, most of which remain open for the whole year. The Villas Del Rompido project Consists of a set of single-family housing in a private closed development comprising a total of 19 housing units, of which 130 will be promoted by Marina El Rompido SA and the remaining 63 by the commercial Investment Costa de la Luz, SL, of common landscaped areas and an area for the social club that includes sports facilities and swimming pools.
There are two types of houses projected:
Type 1 of a floor height, prices starting at 550,000€, the built area including entrance porch, garden porch, kitchen, porch and central and kitchen patios is 252.63m2. The building consists of a ground floor building, with two sloping covered roofs and the rest flat.
Type 2 with a floor height above sea-skimming and other below open to English courtyards, prices starting at 650,000€. It has a rectangular shape with a built area, including central courtyard, entrance porch, garden porch, diaphanous ground floor courtyard, right and left English patios, kitchen porch and the terrace of the main bedroom, the built area is 451.13m2. The building consists of a ground floor building with two sloping covered roofs with the rest flat and a basement area.
The Plot distribution is made so that all the houses are aligned in parallel to the interior roads in such a way that generates interior spaces gardens in each set of houses, and so the presence of the building from the gardens is reduced almost to the house in itself, thereby a sense of higher privacy.
1. Detached Villa Type 1: They have four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a separate toilet, dining room, kitchen and a laundry terraced deck.
2. Detached Villa Type 2: developed on the ground floor and basement, and there were two symmetrical subtypes with respect to the lateral boundary. They have three bedrooms, two of them in the basement floor and one on the ground floor, three bathrooms, one separate toilet, dining room, kitchen and laundry. The basement bedrooms overlook an English patio with enough proportions to provide lighting and ventilation.
